Quickstart
Create your account, set up your workspace, schedule your first post and connect your AI app.
Sign in
- Open UniFeeds.
- Choose how you want to sign in:
- Continue with Google
- Sign in with a passkey. A passkey lets you sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN instead of a password.
- Continue with email. We email you a 6-character code. Enter it on the Check your email screen. If the email doesn't arrive, click Resend code.
If you're new, signing in creates your account.
Set up your workspace
A workspace holds your posts, social accounts and team. You create it the first time you sign in.
- Enter a Workspace name, such as your brand name.
- Click Create workspace.
Schedule your first post
- Connect a social account. See Connect accounts.
- Click New post in the sidebar.
- Pick your accounts, write the caption and add any photos or videos. See Create posts.
- Choose Later, then pick a date and time.
- Click Schedule.
Until you've connected an account, written a post and scheduled it, the Overview page shows a Get started checklist to guide you. It also has an optional step to connect your AI app.
Connect your AI app
This step is optional. Connect an AI app, and you can write, schedule and check posts by asking in your own words. Any workspace member can connect one to read; letting it make changes needs a workspace admin.
Click AI apps in the sidebar for the steps for your app, or see Connect your AI app.
Ask a question
Start a new chat or session in your AI app and ask:
Use the UniFeeds whoami tool and tell me which workspace you're connected to and whether you can make changes.It names your workspace and says whether it can make changes. Then try something like "Write a short LinkedIn post about our new pricing page and save it as a draft."

The Free plan gives you one social account and unlimited scheduled posts.
Settings
Open Settings at the bottom of the sidebar. It has three tabs:
- Account: change your name, photo and Password. To rename the workspace, edit Workspace name and click Save changes. You can also Request deletion of your account and data here.
- API & MCP: API keys, connected apps and the server URL. See Connected apps and API keys. To connect an AI app, see Connect your AI app.
- Support: click Email us to reach us at support@unifeeds.io.
To switch between light and dark mode, open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
