Calendar and posts

See your posts on the calendar, move them to a new time, and fix posts that failed.

Calendar

Open Calendar in the sidebar. Switch between Month, Week and List views. To see one platform only, pick it from All platforms.

  • Schedule from the calendar: in Week view, click a time slot. In Month view, click + on a day. A new post opens with that time filled in.
  • Move a post: drag it to a new day or time. You can only move it to a time in the future.
  • See a post: click it. From there you can Edit, Duplicate, Delete or Retry post.
Delete on the calendar is instant

Delete on the calendar doesn't ask you to confirm.

Times show in your computer's time zone. Posts go out on time even when UniFeeds is closed.

All posts

Open All posts in the sidebar. It lists every post, including drafts. Drafts only show here, not on the calendar.

  • To filter, choose All, Scheduled, Posted, Failed or Drafts.
  • To search, type some of the post's text or an account name.

Each post's menu has View on the platform, Edit, Duplicate, View in calendar, Retry post and Delete post.

Statuses

StatusWhat it means
DraftSaved but not scheduled. It never posts on its own.
ScheduledWaiting for its time. You can still change it.
PublishingGoing out now.
PostedLive on at least one account.
FailedDidn't go out to any account.

Each account gets its own result, so if one account fails, the others still post. Open a post to see which accounts worked. An account can also show:

  • Skipped: the account was disconnected.
  • Removed: you took the post down from that platform.

Retry a failed post

  1. Open the post. The platform's reason shows in red.
  2. Fix the cause. Common causes are:
    • The account needs reconnecting.
    • The platform rejected a file, such as a video that's too long.
    • The caption is too long for that platform.
    • TikTok only allows private posts from some accounts.
  3. Choose Retry post, either from the post's menu in All posts or on the calendar.

UniFeeds only tries again on the accounts that failed, so nothing posts twice.

Remove a post from a platform

This takes the post down from the social platform. You can't undo it.

  1. Open the post.
  2. Open that account's … menu.
  3. Choose Remove from and the platform name, such as Remove from X.

The post stays in UniFeeds with the numbers it collected so far.

This works for X, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Bluesky and Instagram. For Facebook and TikTok, remove the post on the platform itself.

Delete a post

Delete post removes a post from UniFeeds only. It stays live on the platforms.

You can't delete a post while it's publishing, or once it has analytics.
